If you purchased a package and do not see the coins/goods added to your account, please exit and re-open the app to refresh it, so that all the most updated data can be displayed.

 

If you have done so, and still do not see the coins in your account, please make sure the payment went through successfully. 

 

If you did not receive a confirmation or receipt for your purchase, check with the Google Play/App Store support team regarding this issue.
