If your account was connected to Facebook, all you have to do is connect your game to the same Facebook account, and all your stats should be saved.
If you do not have a Facebook account, please contact our support team and provide your new and old nickname, as well as details regarding the lost account (level, a purchase receipt, etc.). Our team will try to retrieve as much information as possible.
